In 2022, right after the pandemic, Mrs. Wilson saw firsthand how social pressures, anxiety, and low self-esteem were affecting students. As a dedicated educator, she knew that academic success was only part of the equation—students needed confidence, emotional resilience, and a sense of purpose. Determined to make an impact, she launched Intelligent and Ambitious Minds, a mentoring program designed to help young girls navigate these challenges.

What started as a small initiative quickly grew, leading Mrs. Wilson to expand her reach as a speaker, author, and educational consultant. With three books and years of classroom experience, she now empowers schools, students, and families through Mrs. Wilson’s Classroom LLC, an educational consulting firm dedicated to increasing student engagement, developing digital literacy, and fostering emotional intelligence. Through research-based strategies and real-world applications, she helps educators create classrooms where students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
